COVID-19 FAQ’s (updated as regulations change)

EVO3 Workspace COVID-19 FAQ’s 

Are you open to the public?

Yes, in order to control the number of individuals in our workspace, non-member access is limited to conference room rentals and day passes. All individuals wanting to utilize workstations must have a full-time membership or a valid day pass. Reservations are strongly recommended with the limits on space. You may see available memberships at evo3workspace.com/pricing. 

How are you addressing social distancing?

Face coverings are required when members are not in private rooms or seated/standing at a shielded desk (i.e. entering and exiting the building, walking around main space, restrooms, speaking with other members). Face coverings are also required for conference room meetings if individuals are outside of your household. 

Let talk ventilation, shall we?

Fresh air is good – recirculated air is bad.  We were required to install an air exchange unit before we opened several years ago. Modern commercial building codes require a certain amount of CFM (cubic feet per minute) of airflow based on square footage and occupancy. All of these things were taken into consideration when the system was calibrated and balanced. These items were required before we received our certificate of occupancy. We pull in fresh air from outside the building and exhaust it outside as well.

What are your hours during this time?

24/7 access is available to individuals with a full-time membership. Non-members are not permitted in EVO3 after regular business hours (8:30a – 5:30p) without prior authorization and must always be accompanied by a member or staff. 

What type of cleaning agent is EVO3 utilizing?

BenzaRid, a hospital-grade cleaning agent approved by the FDA. 

Can I purchase a day pass or conference room time by the hour?

Yes, a limited number of day passes are available due to reduced capacity. Our conference rooms may also be booked (evo3workspace.com/pricing). The large conference room is limited to 6 individuals. The small room is limited to 2 individuals. No exceptions.

Can I get an extra monitor to use in my room or workstation?

Yes, 100% of the workstations have monitors. 

Is the main space open? Yes, we have modified the number of desks in our shared space. In addition, all desks have been outfitted with front and side Lexan plexiglass shielding. This allows members to work safely and comfortably without a face covering. All non-reserved desks are first come.

Can I meet clients (non-members) in the conference room? 

Yes, the same social distancing rules apply as mentioned above.

Can I still get coffee / tea / beer?

Absolutely! We have plenty of disposable cups for our great coffee, a wide selection of teas, and awesome beers on tap from Highside Brewing. 

Have the regulations on your kitchen area changed?

Yes, we are allowing limited self-serve items (use of microwave, refrigerator, beverages). The use of dishes, glasses, and the stove are still prohibited.
